Access / Ingreso
Building Access: You’ll be given a password to enter the building. Deliveries must be received at the front door of the building. Delivery people’s access (e.g Rappi, Uber eats, etc) is prohibited.

Se entrega a los huespedes una clave exclusiva para ingresar al edificio. Los domicilios deberán recogerse en la puerta de la entrada. Esta prohibido la entrada a las suites de domiciliarios (ej; Rappi, Uber Eats, etc)
Apartment Access: You´ll be given a password to enter the apartment, which will be active exactly from check in date & time until 12m of the checkout day.

También tendran una clave exclusiva para el acceso dentro de la suite. Estará activa desde las 3pm del día del checkin hasta las 12 del medio dia del dia del checkout.

Smart Lock / Cerradura
205 Karmele is equipped with a smart lock. Every guest is been given a personal exclusive access code, which will be active only during the stay. Please avoid turning the manual lock on (at the back of the smart lock from inside), otherwise your password won't work anymore.

La suite está equipada con una cerradura inteligente. A cada huésped se le entrega pronto a su llegada, las claves exclusiva de acceso a la suite. Por favor evitar de activar el candado interno de la cerradura, ya que haciéndolo solo el administrador podrá acceder y la clave entregada dejará de funcionar.

A basic first aid kit is at your disposal in the closet drawer in a green tiny bag. Due to government safety regulations this kit wont have any medicaments.
